Bren Berry releases new single ‘Only One You and Me’

Bren Berry has released his brand new single ‘Only One You and Me’, out now.

The track was written by Berry last year as a Mother’s Day gift for his wife Karen, and serves as the tribute to the band The Byrds.

Speaking of the track, the musician said: “The lyrics are also inspired by the humour, kindness and simplicity of language at the heart of one of my favourite American writers Kurt Vonnegut.”

The recorded version of ‘Only One You and Me’ features performances from members of Bren Berry and the Beautiful Losers, including his Relvino bandmates Brendan Tallon alongside former Turn/Idlewild bassist, Gavin Fox, Gary Sullivan and more.

Back in March, Berry and his Beautiful Losers took over Whelan’s, returning to the venue after their earlier show in January, which marked the musicians' first time playing in there in 28 years.

Described as a "love letter to life, friends and music", his debut solo album In Hope Our Stars Align was released in 2025, and was rated an 8/10 by Hot Press.
