Irish alt-rock band BOLD LOVE have released their latest single 'I’m Home,' a tribute to Ireland’s rural landscapes.
The release follows the sextet's recent UK tour supporting Cork band Cliffords and last month’s single 'Talking & Drifting.'
“I wrote the song about my favourite place in the world, Dún Chaoin in the west of County Kerry,” explains lead vocalist Cian Ó’Maonlaí.
“The place represents so much for me, family, culture, escape. That’s what this tune is really about, the escape from the city and the peace you can find away from the noise," he says.
Keyboardist Megan Nic Ruairí joins Ó’Maonlaí on vocals. The track is produced by Richie Kennedy (Interpol, Celeste, and White Lies).

The single sets the stage for the band’s debut body of work, which is expected later this summer.
Speaking to Hot Press in March, lead guitarist Adam Curtis said “We like a lot of similar bands, but at our core we all draw from really different influences.”
The band earned a spot on Hot Press’ Hot for 2024 list.
BOLD LOVE have performances lined up at many upcoming festivals including The Great Escape, Latitude, All Together Now and Forbidden Fruit.
