Black Country Communion have announced a Vicar St. date - the band will play here on July 21.

The rockers' self-titled debut album was originally released in September 2010, entering the UK album chart at No. 13, and reaching No. 3 in Classic Rock magazine’s Critics Album of the Year poll. Hot Press gave it four stars, deeming it "an ambitious affair, ably executed by four seasoned musicians."

The are currently mixing their second studio album, which is scheduled for a June release.

Tickets for the Vicar St. gig, priced €39.20, go on sale on Thursday March 24 at 9am.
