Billie Eilish shares live version of 'ilomilo' from 'The World's A Little Blurry'
There will also be a livestream premiere event on February 25th.
Billie Eilish has released a live version of 'ilomilo' from her new documentary, The World's A Little Blurry.
The documentary will air on February 26th on Apple TV+, following the young pop star on her journey thus far. Eilish shared the live version on social media yesterday (February 22nd). The When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? track was recorded at the Toyota Centre in Houston during Eilish's headline show in 2019.
There will be a special premiere of the documentary on February 25th. Fans will be able to tune in for free on Apple TV, or Eilish's YouTube channel to watch her give a stripped-back performance.
The premiere event will also feature "special video packages," an interview with director R.J. Cutler and an intimate conversation with Eilish herself. Hosted by Zane Lowe, the event will begin at 9pm on the 25th (or 2am, February 26th GMT). The documentary will be available for Apple TV subscribers immediately after the premiere.
Earlier this month, Eilish spoke about watching the documentary: “We were in my living room. I was like, ‘Nope, nobody’s allowed to see it – not my family – nobody’s allowed to see it until I’ve seen it'," she said, "because I knew there was some stuff in there that I was gonna be mortified by.
“Shit happened. I had a stomachache the entire day, but I cried out of joy for a lot of it. I never would have thought that anyone would be able to capture exactly what was going on in such a beautiful, intimate way.”
