They last toured as a package in 2014. But this latest joint venture should be one of the hottest tickets of the summer...
Husband and wife team – or would that be the other way around? – Beyonce and Jay-Z have confirmed a joint tour, and named it On The Run II.
The news was announced in a promotional video of the couple together that was posted on Beyonce's Instagram page last night.
There had been speculation among fans that the couple were planning a joint tour, after a listing was posted on Ticketmaster and on Beyonce's Facebook page last Tuesday.
Now Beyoncé and Jay-Z have revealed that they will play four UK dates, in June 2018.
The dates areas follows: Principality Stadium in Cardiff, 6 June; Hampden Park, Glasgow 9 June; the Etihad Stadium, Manchester 13 June; and the London Stadium, London, 15 June.
The original On The Run tour took place in 2014, though there were no UK dates four years ago. Tickets for these four shows go on sale on 23 March.
Meanwhile, it is anticipated that other European and North American dates will be added. Whether or not Ireland will feature remains to be seen.
