Angels Of Mons for Dublin
It's wanton guitar abuse ahoy! on January 29 as Dublin trio Angels Of Mons introduce the world to their Last Of The Dead Empires album with a hometown show in The Sugar Club.
Produced by Thrills/Jerry Fish/Republic Of Loose man Gareth Mannix, melodic thrashers like 'Madame Zane', 'Highs And Lows' and 'Jennifereal' make it an early contender for Irish Debut of the Year.
Also upcoming at the Sugar Club on February 1 is former It Bites man Francis Dunnery who'll be plugging his new album, The Gully Flats Boys, which will be on sale at the gig.
Providing some extra musical muscle is David Sancious, a former Springsteen sidekick who's also traded licks with Sting, Eric Clapton, Peter Gabriel and Aretha Franklin.
