Stop press: the Manic Street Preachers play a pre-Xmas show at Dublin's Point Theatre

EXCLUSIVE: hotpress.com has learned that the Manic Street Preachers are playing a pre-Christmas show at The Point Theatre on December 1.

Support is provided by Ian Brown, who as anyone who caught him at Witnness will testify, is in rare old form at the moment.

Meanwhile, the Manics have recorded a new single, 'Forever Delayed', which will appear as a bonus cut on the Greatest Hits album due in October.
