The 1975 share music video for new single 'Me & You Together Song'

Ahead of the release of their highly anticipated fourth studio album, Notes On A Conditional Form, The 1975 have shared the music video for their latest single, 'Me & You Together Song'.

The track premiered on Annie Mac's Hottest World Record last month, and follows singles 'People' and 'Frail State of Mind' – which are also set to appear on the upcoming 22-track follow-up to 2018's A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships, out on April 24.
