Innovative master of sound and style Pharrell is set to launch a collection in association with Japanese casual wear brand.

Don't get too excited - the brave wearer of oversized Vivienne Westwood hats and bermuda shorts on the red carpet has not created a line to rival the out-there designers he wears - It's just t shirts and caps.

Designed in conjunction with the Oscar nominee's creative collective, I Am OTHER, the collection will include both men's and women's wear. The collection will be part of Uniqlo's UT t-shirt line, which is set to receive a brand overhaul and be relaunched as The New Model T.

The 40 year old 'Happy' singer will be appearing in the TV advert for the collection, with a song from his new album G I R L providing the soundtrack.
