MyMind: Irish Mental Health non-profit on a mission to deliver accessible and affordable counselling
The organisation offers services in multiple languages, reduced rates for low-income individuals, and free support for vulnerable groups such as refugees
MyMind, the first and largest blended model of mental health care in Ireland, is offering an array of flexible, affordable and confidential mental health services.
The non-profit organisation has been active since 2006 with the mission to make mental health support available to everyone in Ireland, regardless of economic status.
MyMind’s network of over 170 psychotherapists and counsellors provide face-to-face appointments in 9 locations across Ireland, and online in 25 languages. To date, they’ve helped 35,222individuals, offering reduced rates for students, retirees and any person earning less than €25,000 annually.
In the past year, MyMind has provided free mental health support to to displaced Ukrainians, International Protection Applicants, and homeowners affected by Defective Concrete Blocks.

MyMind's network of mental health professionals span a wide range of specialisations and therapeutic methods, including CBT and Art Therapy
One-to-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions are available either face-to-face or online, with the latter option becoming increasingly popular for people living in rural areas or whose physical movement is restricted by disability. For those in remote locations with poor internet connections, there is also an option for sessions to be done over the phone.
