Minding Creative Minds awarded Business All-Star Accreditation 2026

Minding Creative Minds (MCM) has been awarded Business All-Star Accreditation 2026 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF).
The accreditation celebrates the organisation’s commitment to mental health, wellbeing, and career support for Ireland’s creative community, which includes free and confidential 24/7 counselling support, free legal and financial advice, a specialist creative sector support panel and career support via its mentoring programme, by-monthly career clinic and its series of workshops and masterclasses throughout the year.
The AIBF evaluation highlighted MCM’ high performance, transparent governance, and client-focused approach.

Kapil Khanna, Co-CEO of the All-Ireland Business Foundation, added: “Minding Creative Minds has demonstrated outstanding leadership and service within the creative sector. This accreditation recognises their excellence, reliability, and ongoing commitment to the mental health and career support of Irish creatives.”
He said: “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.”
The All-Ireland Business Foundation is an autonomous national accreditation body tasked with enterprise development and the promotion of Best-in-Class Irish businesses.
The accreditation is offered to businesses based on an independent audit of their performance, reputation, and customer-centricity.
MCM is 100% free and confidential, providing such services as:
- Counselling service (12 support sessions)
- Specialist trauma and abuse counselling
- Creatives Arts Therapies
- Workshops and masterclasses to advance ongoing skills and offer industry- related knowledge
- 1:1 Career Focused Mentoring Programme
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
