Once Upon A Time In Hollywood returns to cinemas with additional footage
Quentin Tarantino's highly acclaimed ninth movie, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt, will be re-released.
Just as the buzz around Tarantino's Once Upon A Time In Hollywood fizzles out, the blockbuster returns to cinemas again. This time with more than 10 minutes of never-before-seen footage.
Today, Sony announced that the movie will be re-released in over 1,000 cinemas in the US and Canada this Friday. The rerun comes with four additional scenes, adding more than 10 minutes of footage to the original 161 minutes.
It was previously rumoured that a 4-hour version of Once Upon A Time In Hollywood will be released on Netflix. Nicholas Hammond, who plays Sam Wannamaker in the movie, told The Mutuals, "There is talk about there being a 4-hour Netflix version, as well, because there were a lot of scenes he [Tarantino] shot that couldn't make it into the film because there just simply wasn't room". Nothing about a Netflix release has been announced as of yet.
