Somebody's Child & Niamh Farrell to perform Beatles hits on The Late Late Show
Charlie Bird with a pack of volunteer climbers, Leitrim's Seamus O'Rourke, comedian Jason Byrne, Bosco and more will appear on the 2022's first episode of 'The Late Late Show'.
Ham Sandwich lead singer Niamh Farrell and Dublin act Somebody's Child are slated to performing some classic Beatles tracks on the first episode of The Late Late Show to air in 2022.
The Hot Press December cover focused on The Beatles: Get Back documentary series, which may finally have reclaimed the Let It Be movie as being worthy of The Beatles’ name. Now,
Charlie Bird alongside his group of volunteer climbers will also chat to Ryan Tubridy tomorrow night. The RTÉ stalwart has been remarkably candid about his recent Motor Neuron Disease diagnosis, and he's set to launch the inaugural Climb with Charlie event for his return to the studio.
Charlie, along with Vicky Phelan, hopes to inspire thousands of Irish people to climb Croagh Patrick and other peaks around the country (and across the world!) on 2 April this year. Find out all the details about how you can get ready for the challenge in twelve weeks and how to register for the Croagh Patrick event on Friday.
Charlie and Vicky will be joined by Mary McAleese, Davy Fitzgerald, Baz Ashmawy, Joanna Donnelly, Dr Harry Barry, Dermot Bannon, Karl Henry and many more who are offering support for the epic climb.
Leitrim actor and writer Seamus O'Rourke will give his inimitable take on "New Year, new you", while comedian Jason Byrne will share his trials and tribulations of the last year.
The first Late Late Show of 2022 takes place this Friday, 9.35pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player.
