Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Lisa McGee, Hothouse Flowers and more announced for tonight's Late Late Show

The line-up for tonight's Late Late Show has been announced, with Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Lisa McGee, Hothouse Flowers and more set to appear.
Known for her role in Derry Girls, Saoirse-Monica Jackson will chat about her Celtic-themed wedding to Scottish DJ Denis Sulta and what fans can expect from her this year.
Alongside the actress, Derry Girls creator Lisa McGee will discuss the period teen sitcom and why it resonated so strongly with global audiences. The award-winning writer will also talk about her new comedy thriller, How to Get to Heaven from Belfast, which features Jackson. Elsewhere, McGee and Jackson will reflect on how their Northern Irish roots influence their work.
Comedian Gearóid Farelly will also be making an appearance in tonight's show, sharing stories from his life on the road, from touring with Joanne McNally to headlining his own shows. Farelly will also be talking about his experience in Dancing With The Stars, and how it gave him a new audience.
Beverley Callard, who played Liz McDonald on Coronation Street, will be taking part in this evening's show, discussing her latest role in Ireland's longest-running drama, Fair City and teasing fans with a sneak peek of her newest character.
Irish actress Majella O'Donnell will join Patrick Kielty in a heart-to-heart conversation about mental health, discussing her 10-week hospital stay, which followed her struggle with depression. O'Donnell will also talk about the overwhelming amount of support she received after publicly sharing her story.
Hothouse Flowers, who made their Late Late Show debut in May 1987, will share memories from their four-decade-long career, as well as entertain the audience with three special performances.
The show will air on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player on Friday at 9:35 pm.
