Watch: Fontaines D.C. perform on Later... with Jools Holland
Four tracks of Fontaines D.C.'s set are now available on YouTube. In the UK, the full performance is available on BBC iPlayer.
Fontaines D.C. performed a 45-minute set at Alexandra Palace Theatre last week for a special episode of Later... with Jools Holland. Their performances of 'Mimesis', 'Tongue', 'You Miss Me' and 'Favourite' are now available on BBC's YouTube channel, with the full performance airing on BBC Two on November 15.
The setlist is largely tracks from their newest album Dopamine Chamber, which came out on October 16.
Hot Press gave the release 9/10 for its representation of the current zeitgeist "in all its cold and chaotic dysfunction". In the band's recent cover interview for Hot Press, guitarist Conor Curley called the album a "dark, twisted kind of place".
The band have played for Later... several times before, first appearing in 2020 and most recently in 2024.
See their performance of 'Tongue' below.
Fontaines D.C. are touring extensively next year, including two dates at Slane Castle in June, plus North America, continental Europe and the UK, Japan, New Zealand and Australia.
