Reginald D Hunter announces Vicar Street date
The Georgia native will be appearing in the capital this summer.
In celebration of what is set to be his twentieth anniversary living and performing as a comedian on this side of the Atlantic, Reginald D Hunter has announced a forty-date tour of the UK and Ireland in 2019. The show is titled Facing the Beast, and also includes a date in Dublin's Vicar Street on the 28th of June.
Hunter has become a consistent fixture on our television screens over the years with regular appearances on the likes of Have I Got News For You and 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, while through the hugely popular BBC2 series Reginald D Hunter’s Songs Of The South and its follow up Reginald D Hunter’s Songs Of The Border he has had his own shows which both documented the growth of American popular song. This work in addition to his consistent work on the stand-up circuit has garnered him a diverse, generation-spanning fanbase.
Tickets for his Vicar Street show are priced at €28 and go on sale this Thursday the 22nd of November at 10am through Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide.
