Panti Bliss hotly tipped to grace Irish screens on RTÉ's 'Dancing With The Stars'
The Dublin-based Drag Queen is rumoured to be performing with a male pro dancer on the hit RTÉ show.
Drag Queen Panti Bliss, otherwise known as Rory O'Neill, is suspected to be taking part in the next season of RTÉ's 'Dancing With The Stars'.
Ms Bliss is rumoured to be performing with a male pro dancer, as the first all-male partnership on the show.
Brian Dowling, the former Big Brother star, performed with male pro Kai Widdrington during the "switch-up week" in 2020, but Panti's partnership for the duration of the series will be the first one on Irish screens.
Airing in January, the news season will see a massive refresh, as 2FM presenter Doireann Garrihy joins Jennifer Zamparelli as co-host.
Back in August, Westlife crooner, Nicky Byrne, announced he would be stepping down as host of the hit series.
Discussing his choice to leave the series, the dad-of-three said: “Sadly I will be stepping away from hosting Dancing With The Stars on RTE. Westlife are now ten shows into our Wild Dreams tour.
“This tour continues now taking us around the world including five continents with 60-plus shows up until summer 2023. So with all this in mind, I have had to make some tough decisions," Byrne added.
“One of them is my future hosting Dancing with the Stars on RTÉ – a show I have loved hosting from the very beginning.”
This isn't the first switch-up of the series' lifetime, as Nicky originally hosted alongside Amanda Byram, before she departed in 2018 and Jennifer up her position.
