The six-part drama charts the origins of football and how those involved in its creation reached across the class divide to establish the game as the world's most popular sport. It ollows two footballers on opposite sides of a class divide who changed the game and England forever.
The trailer introduces viewers to the stark class divide with contrasting clips of the elite and working class threaded together by a narrative about football. It's accompanied by a soundtrack that escalates in intensity as it erupts into riots by the end of the trailer.
The series is written and executive produced by Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes and will arrive on the streaming service on March 20. Watch the trailer below.
