Movies@ to open ‘world class’ cinema at The Square
The new Square cinema joins their other Dublin locations at Dundrum and Movies Swords.
Movie fans are in for a treat with leading Irish cinema chain Movies@ set to open its doors at The Square Town Centre Tallaght in time for the eagerly anticipated Christmas 2021 Film Schedule.
Thankfully, after a virtual drought for 18 months, top-notch movies are arriving back in cinemas at an exciting rate, and perhaps you might find yourself enjoying the likes of West Side Story, Spider-Man: No Way Home in Tallaght this Yuletide.
Certainly, you could scarcely ask for a better viewing environment, with Movies@ completely reconfiguring and refurbishing the existing 13-screen complex from the ground up, turning it into a cutting-edge cinema.
For good measure, each of the 13 screens are also being fitted out with super-comfortable luxury seating options, including electric recliners and twin seat sofas.
“We are really excited to be opening at the Square Tallaght,” said Movies@ Group MS Graham Spurling. “It’s a location we believe fits with our vision of delivering an unrivalled experience for our customers. We will be playing a full range of content appealing to all tastes, from blockbusters, niche interest and live shows, all set within a modern, friendly and welcoming environment.
“The cinema is being completely refurbished from top to bottom and re-equipped with incredible laser projection and surround sound equipment.”
We’re looking forward to ordering the popcorn already!
