Irish actor Flynn Gray joins cast of upcoming Star Wars film
He joins a star-studded cast alongside Ryan Gosling, Amy Adams, Matt Smith and more.
Young Irish actor Flynn Gray has been added to the cast of the upcoming Star Wars film, Star Wars: Starfighter.
The official Star Wars Instagram account shared a post yesterday evening announcing the Dubliner’s casting, with a photo of him and Ryan Gosling (who plays the lead role in the upcoming film) sitting on a Landspeeder.
Gray’s previous film credits include the film Baltimore, as well as the Irish TV series Borderline and the Netflix show Wednesday.

For Star Wars: Starfighter, he joins a star-studded cast which includes Amy Adams, Matt Smith, Mia Goth, Aaron Pierre and Simon Bird.
Star Wars: Starfighter has begun production in the UK and is directed by Shawn Levy. It is set for release in May 2027.
Speaking of the film, Levy said: "I feel a profound sense of excitement and honour as we begin production on Star Wars: Starfighter."
"From the day Kathy Kennedy (producer) called me up, inviting me to develop an original adventure in this incredible Star Wars galaxy, this experience has been a dream come true, creatively and personally.
