The Script add third and final 3Arena show to Greatest Hits tour
Tickets are available now for The Script's June 16th 3Arena show – promoting their latest compilation album Tales From The Script.
A third 3Arena show has been added to The Script's Greatest Hits tour. The June 16th date has been included due to phenomenal demand and will be the last of three consecutive Dublin shows.
The Irish rock band concluded their North American tour last week in support of their Greatest Hits album Tales From The Script. Now, they'll be returning to Europe to play the Irish & UK leg of the tour. This includes three nights at Dublin’s 3Arena, two nights at The SSE Arena in Belfast, and a major open-air show at Musgrave Park in Cork.
Released last year, the compilation album debuted at No.1 in both Ireland and the UK, certifying silver with 23,000 copies sold. This extended the seven-count streak of chart topping releases in Ireland.
The track list includes singles taken from The Script (2008), Science & Faith (2010), No Sound Without Silence (2014), Freedom Child (2017) and Sunsets & Full Moons (2019).
“The Tales From The Script album is a springboard to our next chapter, but it’s also our story so far,” says lead singer Danny O’Donoghue.
“We’re so excited to be taking it on the road. I know I’m gonna lose it on stage, night after night,” drummer Glen Power adds, “We’re taking all the best songs and playing them all together in one place. It will turn it into a celebration that we’ve survived and we’ve all got through to this moment together.”
