Open call for The Grand Stretch, a nationwide season of arts events
The open call for applications is now live.
In response to a unique chapter in Ireland's history, The Arts Council have announced The Grand Stretch – a "nationwide season of arts events sharing the resilience, creativity and connection at the heart of the arts", taking place from June 11–20.
Taking place over 10 days in June, The Grand Stretch will be curated via an open call process, seeking arts-led projects that are "ambitious in purpose, scale, and scope" – with an aim that "the programme will re-invigorate us across the country as we emerge from the impact of Covid-19."
The central goals of this nationwide season of arts events are to spark ambition, encourage participation, expand understanding, and embrace adaptability.
The open call for applications is now live. Apply here.
