Jennifer Zamparelli Will Host Her Own Show On RTÉ 2FM
The presenter's new show will start June 10.
RTÉ 2FM has announced that Jennifer Zamparelli will be leaving the Breakfast Republic morning show and will be hosting her own programme.
The Dancing with the Stars presenter had been on Breakfast Republic since 2017 with Bernard O'Shea and Keith Walsh. Zamparelli's new programme will be airing weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting June 10.
"I’m delighted to have this opportunity and even though I’ll miss my pals on Breakfast Republic I will still be popping in to distract them and sabotage their show on a daily basis," said Zamparelli in a statement.
"I may not be on the breakfast show anymore but the deal is I still have to get them coffee every morning. Thrilled for the opportunity, thrilled to do something different and thrilled to be getting up slightly later then stupid o clock every morning."
It was previously announced that Nick Byrne is leaving 2FM to return to Westlife. Dan Healy, head of RTÉ 2FM, confirmed today that Jenny Greene will also be leaving the station.
