Greta Thunberg joined singer-songwriter Sam Fender onstage at night two of Copenhagen's Syd For Solen festival for a pro-Palestine call.
Fender, headlining the night, brought out a number of activists during his final song including Thunberg, UNICEF ambassador Selma de Montgomery and Roba Al-Sharkawi.
They led several pro-Palestine chants while displaying Palestinian flags.
Thunberg has been vocal about her support for Palestine. In June, the activist was a member of the 12 person crew on the Madleen Gaza flotilla, a humanitarian aid ship bound for Gaza.
The boat was seized by Israeli forces before it could attempt to break a naval blockade of Gaza. Thunberg was then deported from Israeli.
“The Danish government is guilty of the suffering that is escalating day by day in Gaza and in the rest of Palestine,” said de Montgomery at Syd For Solen, according to Danish publication Gaffa. “They are guilty when they repeatedly make the devastating and deeply radical choices of not putting an end to the Danish arms trade with Israel.”
