Daniel Craig looks set to return as Bond for 25th Franchise entry
Christopher Nolan also admits he's talked to producers about possible involvement.
It wasn't too long ago that Daniel Craig has stated he would rather "slash his wrists" then reprise his role as the world's most famous spy. Well, something must have changed because, according to the Mirror, Craig is going to play James Bond for a fifth time.
Craig has apparently changed his mind as franchise producer Barbara Broccoli has reportedly “secured” the actor. Ever since the 49 year old's rather spiky press junket for 2015's Spectre, speculation has been rife that Craig was going to be replaced, especially after he reportedly turned his back on a two film deal worth £68 Million. The likes of Tom Hardy, Tom Hiddleston and Ireland's Aidan Turner were those rumored to fill the shoes of 007.
Perhaps Craig's decision was also influenced by the reports that Christopher Nolan could take the helm of the new project. Nolan has admitted to Playboy that the films producers have approached him but added that he would only come to the fore when he was really "needed".
There is no word as of yet as to what Bond 25 will be called.
