Viva Palooza, a new series of live outdoor shows, has been announced for the August Bank Holiday in Joe Lee's Bar & Music Venue, Tullamore, Co. Offaly – and to celebrate, we're offering you the chance to win tickets for you an a friend!

Taking place from July 30 to August 1, the line-up features New Jackson, A. Smyth, AILSHA, Gemma Dunleavy, Thumper, Tolü Makay and The Zen Arcade – plus more acts yet to be announced.

This summer's event – organised by Cherrycool, the promoters behind Castlepalooza – follows the success of Après Palooza in December 2020, which featured 10 individually curated events in the outdoor beer garden of Joe Lee's Bar, transformed into a rustic ski lodge for the occasion.

Viva Palooza will also feature performances from comedians Colm O'Regan, Gearoid Farrelly and Tony Cantwell.

The event is part-funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, from the Live Performance Support Scheme.
