LISTEN: In Search Of The Blue Nile documentary to air on the BBC

The Irish-originated tribute to the Glaswegians has some heavyweight fans!

Peter Gabriel and Ryan Adams are among those who've voiced their approval of In Search Of The Blue Nile, journalist Ken Sweeney's labour of love documentary on the titular cult Glaswegians.

Also very much approved of by mainman Paul Buchanan who's dedicated it to late, great Hot Press scribe George Byrne, it was a big audience-grabber when it aired recently on RTÉ Radio One, and gets a BBC Radio Scotland runout at 4pm on Easter Monday with Donal Dineen, Tom Dunne and Mark Cagney among the contributors.
