Dubliners asked to pick Lupe Fiasco winner
The rapper will lay down a verse on one lucky Irish musician's album!
Six weeks ago, Spin 1038’s DJs Tracy Clifford and Ryan Phillips interviewed acclaimed American rapper Lupe Fiasco. During the course of the conversation, Fiasco suggested running a competition to find Ireland's best urban act, promising to record a verse with the winner.
So, to cut a long story short..! Spin have narrowed entrants down to three finalists:
Pop Dogg Feat. Raw Soul, Nu-Centz Feat. Class B and Gabriella Marsella and Phrase. They're now asking the people of Dublin to decide the winner.
Voting is open for one week from Thursday April 14, and the winner will be announced on Thursday 21 April 21, live on the show. Lupe Fiasco will lay a verse down on whichever track gets the most votes online, and Ireland’s first rap superstar will be crowned! See [link]www.spin1038.com/lupe[/link] for details.
