Motorhead to play The Point
Woooaaaaaaargh! is declared in October when Motörhead play their biggest ever Irish headliner.
The band planning on invading The Point on the 31st where they're sure to prove they haven't slowed down with age.
Despite – or perhaps because – of his superhuman ingestion of chemicals, Lemmy has managed to do it louder, faster and more beligerantly than anyone else for a staggering 31 years.
Along the way he’s attracted such A-List admirers as Ozzy Osbourne, Johnny Depp and Dave Grohl who’s invited Motorhead to open for the Foos in June when they play London’s Hyde Park.
Diehards will also be interested in the inaugural Nantymoel Motörhead Festival, which takes place in Wales from June 2 and 4 and includes a male voice choir recital of ‘Ace Of Spades’.
Tickets priced €49.25 are on sale now.
