Mainline announce Dublin headliner
Back in Dublin after a successful tour of the USA, Mainline will appear live at Crawdaddy next week
Returning triumphant from their debut tour of the United States, Mainline have announced a homecoming date at Crawdaddy, Dublin on Thursday, April 22.
Special guests on the night will Absent Kid and Dublin four-piece The Immediate, who appeared alongside Mainline during last month's South By Southwest festival.
And if the Austin Chronicle's David Lynch is to be believed, then the "Celtic rock" showcases went down a storm in the Texas industryfest.
"Mainline builds sound structures with sweeping synth splashes, vintage space rock, big old guitars, crescendos, and languid singing," writes Lynch in his 'Shamrock & Roll' review.
Also playing a handful shows in New York and LA, Mainline maintain their momentum with a series of Dublin appearances, including The Trinity Ball (May 13), the BudRising Festival (June 7, supporting The La's) and the Oxegen festival on July 9.
Tickets for the Crawdaddy date are on sale now priced from €15.
