Throw in a background as an itinerant Pentecostal family living out of cars, trailers and the houses of relatives while travelling back and forth from Oklahoma to Memphi sand you get the Kings Of Leon, a down and dirty old school rock ‘n’ roll band whose sound owes as much to formative years spent entertaining church folk as it does classic rock influences such as The Stones and Led Zeppelin.
