She’s In Control

She's In Control' is the debut album from Chromeo. Fusing hip hop with electronic dance to create slick funk, Chromeo conjures up images of a sophisticated, thugged-out Hall & Oates and a goofy splurge of Run DMC, Prince and LCD Soundsystem. Chromeo is Dave 1 and P-Thugg, also known as David Macklovitch and Patrick Gemayel. Making music together since childhood they have never stopped loving the 1980's synth movement, which their album is a homage to. Chromeo have spent the last few years providing the beats for other hip hop acts and are now bringing all that experience to bear on their own tracks.
