As the entire pop-verse surrenders its eyes to rose-tinted glasses, a song like ?Rear View Mirror‘, which is neither paying homage to a sound gone by, nor gushing about how wonderful things used to be back in the day, comes as quite a shock. Of course, Dublin rockers The Belief are not unique in remembering the bad times, but their sullen, guitar-fulled creation certainly makes a probing point.
