On The Revs 2005 Tour: Manna
Manna will be playing the Rory Gallagher Theatre, Ballyshannon on 2 October with The Revs. Here's a little background on the hand-picked support...
Donegal's Manna are made up of the songwriting partnership of Tommy Callaghan and Marty Keeney. The childhood friends returned to their home county two years ago following stints in Dublin and Kildare, and began to spend whatever spare cash they had on purchasing equipment, and whatever spare time they had learning how to use it. Together they fused into Manna, concentrating on producing songs strong in melody and intensive in subject and performance. The lads are now looking forward to testing out their new material on an unsuspecting home audience in Ballyshannon.
