Damaged

Lambchop prove their status as the finest alt.country band there is with their latest release Damaged. Damaged partly chronicles leader Kurt Wagner’s recent battle with cancer and has been described by the critics as their finest album to date. At times, Damaged digs so deep it is painful. But the pain is cathartic and invigorating. Damaged is full of a beauty and splendour that Lambchop have made their own, though arguably never to such tender effect.
