Run DMC are responsible for forging the case for hip-hop in almost every major genre in the modern mainstream, paving the way for acts like Outkast, Eminem and Dr Dre, as well as crossover pop and rock acts such as Nelly and Limp Bizkit. This is the most recent studio album from the trio, and possibly their last, following the death of turntablist extraordinaire Jam Master Jay last month. It also features guest appearances from Fred Durst, Kid Rock, Everlast and Method Man.
