WATCH: Exclusive Ingrid Michaelson session

The queue of expectant fans was already snaking down the street outside Whelan's when Hot Press snuck inside to catch Ingrid Michaelson's soundcheck last Friday. Buoyed by the success of new album Human Again (it hit No. 5 on the Billboard 200, her highest charting release to date), the Staten Island songstress was eager to play her first Dublin show in two years. But before she wowed the crowds, she found time to give Hot Press an exclusive, two-song preview of what was to come. Michaelson (whose songs have soundtracked the likes of Grey's Anatomy and Scrubs) took to the stage for runs through new single 'Blood Brothers' and 'Winter Song'. Watch them both below.
