Racing For Clicks On TikTok: "So much blood, violence and misery this Big Tech empire has been built on"

In the early hours of an Irish morning, five young men raced their €1,000 BMW up the wrong side of a motorway. They crashed into a car in which three young women and a child were travelling. The five young men died. The women and child were seriously injured. It was social media Russian Roulette. A type of murder suicide daring, admired by so many men.

On a planetary scale, men are racing their engines up the wrong side of the highway to hell. Accelerating. Accelerating. Accelerating.

I hate to say it, but men are the problem. Macho culture has us on a global murder-suicide march. AI and Big Tech, fossil fuels and fake renewables – they are all merely symptoms of a male culture that's locked and loaded on speed. Everything is made into a race. Everything.

Only greedy men benefit from this race. Only gangsters and criminals benefit from this level of acceleration and speed. You can’t think straight when you’re racing down the wrong side of the highway to hell. And that’s exactly how Big Tech and Big Capitalism want it. The faster they can move things, the more money and power they can acquire. The damage done by speed can only be fixed by speed, they tell us.

Many environmentalists have been captured by this speed dogma. We must speed up the ‘Green Transition’, they say, as they delude themselves that they can mine and pollute their way to a better world, claiming that what they are doing is the “lesser evil”. A lesser evil is still evil.

MORALLY LOST

The same week that five young Irish men raced to their grim deaths, King Zuck bought a castle in Ireland. How appropriate. King Zuck and TikTok and Musk and all the other young tech bros, built the sordid world we now inhabit. You could not imagine, in the worst horror movie, a more depraved bunch of antisocial fascists than Zuckerberg, Musk and their crews. Such depraved, evil men, with their AI, their social media and their vast fortunes based on stealing people’s data.

The Irish teen murder-suicide gang were racing for clicks on TikTok. So much blood, violence and misery this Big Tech empire has been built on. So much suffering, pain and isolation. So much addiction, driven by the Valley of Pimps and Pushers. We let young tech bros have their way and this is where it gets us. The toxic poison of maleness is choking and smothering everything good in this world.

Where are the so-called good men? Women cannot possibly hope to win this battle alone. They have been tortured and burned as witches, and they are being tortured and burned right now, in this man’s world. From Afghanistan to Ireland, from the USA to Russia, modern man’s war on Mother Nature, and on women, grinds relentlessly on.

We have become a society of greed and speed. We are devourers of materials; everything about us is a trail of waste.

We honour nothing, respect nothing. And with AI, our young men and women increasingly know nothing, know how to do nothing. Addicted to the machine just like The Valley of Pimps and Pushers ordered and delivered, we waste everything.

We are lost. Spiritually, ethically, morally lost.

In response to the TikTok calamity, the Irish government does its little dance. Pretending to take this iteration of Big Tech to task, while behind the scenes assuring the bros that it’ll all blow over, as it always does.

But blowing over is no cure for anything.

The crash is coming. Collapse is coming. And all we seem to be capable of doing is accelerating. Because we don’t even have the courage to see what the real problem is, to recognise the disease that drives all the symptoms.

To deal with this, we must find the courage to radically slow down. Good men must find the resolve with which to confront the macho murder-suicide mentality, and those responsible for it. Our environment is dying because human culture has become depraved. And it has become depraved because an elite group of men run and control practically everything. They are using AI and social media to turn the rest of us into their minions, their slaves.

But the tech bros have one great weakness.

Most of us are not like them.

Most of us still know, deep down in our hearts, deep down in our bones, that it is in communion with Nature where we truly belong, not wasting our time and emotional energy on some lying individualistic AI scam. There are still more of us than there are of them. Zuckerberg and Musk have not fully poisoned the well.

There is so much more nature-loving kindness and love that they would have to strangle in their murder-suicide Nazi march.

Memory is a form of resistance. Use your brain, not AI. Join the resistance. Every time you slow down, you resist. Every time you unplug, you resist. Every time you don’t create data, you resist. Every time you delete your data, you resist.

They need your data. Don’t give it to them. Resist.
