As the 2017 Web Summit in Lisbon draws nearer, excitement has been building with the announcement of a number of new speakers and guests for the world's largest annual tech event.
Due to take place between 6th and 9th of November, in the past couple of days founder Paddy Cosgrave has been sharing more and more information on the summit and the latest on its speakers.
Taking to Twitter, Cosgrave announced that the "Founder & CEO of China's largest private conglomerate [is] now also coming". Although the name of said CEO was not explicitly stated, he was likely referring to Guo Guangchang, chairman and CEO of Fosun International Limited.

Furthermore, it was also revealed earlier that the Dutch DJ and producer, Martin Garrix performing live at the summit too.

Other recent confirmations include Joe Xia of Mobike, Zhang Yanqi of oFo and EU Commissioner for Competition, Margrethe Vestager.
