Discover your future at the DkIT CAO & Course Information Morning tomorrow
Meet students and staff – and learn all about the application process – at DkIT's open morning this Saturday.
Ready to discover your future? This Saturday, January 17, Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) is hosting a CAO & Course Information Morning, where prospective students will get the chance to learn all about student life, finance and personal development at DkIT.
Taking place between 10am and 1pm, in DkIT's Muirhevna Building, the open morning provides the perfect opportunity to delve into the wide range of programmes at what is the leading higher education institute in the North East.
DkIT's programmes are designed not only to prepare students academically, but also equip them with the skills required to be work-ready and highly employable in their chosen industry.
The recent Higher Education Authority (HEA) 2024 Graduate Outcome Survey found that 76.5% of DkIT graduates surveyed were working full time. Of the graduates surveyed, DkIT had the highest percentage in full-time employment across Irish Third-Level Institutes.

Visitors to the open morning will have the opportunity to ask questions about their application and explore the supports available for students applying through DARE or HEAR admission schemes.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet students and staff from across the Schools of Business & Humanities, Engineering, Informatics & Creative Arts, and Health & Science, as well as speak directly with admissions staff about the application process.
In addition, the event will highlight the wide range of student support services at DkIT, along with information on sports scholarships, student life, finance, and opportunities for personal development.
Note there will be no campus tours at the Information Morning.
