Your new favourite gig
Itchy for a new favourite band? The Hives buzz into the Ambassador in May with the cure
Not content with having their faces plastered all over the front cover of Hot Press, The Hives make their Dublin debut at The Dublin Ambassador on May 5th.
Tickets for the Heineken Green Energy gig go on sale this weekend priced €16.50 (standing) and €18.50 (for non-moshing geriatrics who want to sit down).
Prior to that comes the February 8th re-release of 'Hate To Say I Told You So', one of the stand-outs from their Your Favourite New Band compilation, which has 'Uptempo Venomous Poison', 'Gnirom Ytic Kcorknup', 'Fever' and 'Barely Homosapien' as its bonus cuts.
Talking this week to hotpress.com, a Poptones spokesman revealed that the Swedish band are planning to have a new album in the shops by the end of the year.
