Wolf Alice listening party to take place in Dublin this week
The event takes place in Egan's pub on Aungier Street.
A Wolf Alice listening party will take place in Dublin this week ahead of the launch of their new album, The Clearing.
The event takes place this Thursday, August 21, at Egan’s on Aungier Street from 5 pm to 7 pm, giving fans the chance to preview the record a day before its official release on August 22.
Wolf Alice confirmed via X that they will not be in attendance at the event.
“Dublin do us proud wish we could be there,” they wrote.

The English rock group dropped their latest track, ‘White Horses’ earlier this month, following the release of singles ‘The Sofa’ and ‘Bloom Baby Bloom’ from the upcoming project.
Speaking to Hot Press, frontwoman Ellie Rowsell described The Clearing as a record designed to “evoke a sense of peace.”
“The feeling of when you have a nice, quiet moment to yourself. I feel like The Clearing conjures up a sense of that,” she said.
“Maybe I’m getting old… I don’t feel old at all, but maybe it’s just coming out of your twenties, you’ve got more life to reflect on.”
Following the album’s release, Wolf Alice are set to return to Dublin later this year for a headline show at the 3Arena on December 10. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
