Charli XCX announces Music, Fashion, Film listening event in Dublin
The album listening parties are set to take place across 25 cities this week.
Charli XCX has announced a listening party in Dublin ahead of her upcoming album, Music, Fashion, Film on Friday, July 10.
The ticketed showing will be highly limited with a prize draw determining the attendees.
The listening parties are set to take place over 25 cities, including Dublin, in independent cinemas in the UK, North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, July 9-11.
The event will present Music, Fashion, Film accompanied by a series of documentary style clips, behind the scenes and in studio footage. As part of the exclusive first listen, every song from the 11-track LP will be played in full.
The artist's seventh studio album will be released July 24 and features a black and white cover that sees Martin Scorsese, Marc Jacobs and John Cale posing. The cover was shot by Aidan Zamiri who directed the latest music video for the British singer, 'Wink Wink' as well as the A24 mockumentary The Moment.
Previously released tracks 'Wink Wink', 'Rock Music' and 'SS26' introduced the record to listeners, which can be pre-ordered or pre-saved here.
This announcement is the latest for the artist, following a North American tour confirmed for later this year, as well as a number of appearances across Summer festivals, including her headline debut at Reading festival on August 28.
More ticket information for the Dublin showing can be found here, with the venue and showtime yet to be confirmed.
