Who's Playing Electric Picnic 2016?

The buzz online about Electric Picnic 2016 has steadily been reaching meltdown proportions, as people post about the latest whispers they've heard around town.

LCD Soundsystem, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, New Order, Jack Garrett, Hozier, PJ Harvey and Kanye West, have all had their names thrown into the Picnic hat as possible headliners.
