Showtime has given viewers a first look at the upcoming fourth season of Homeland.

Homeland will return with a new series on October 5th, according to the latest trailer released by Showtime.

With Nicholas Brody, played by Damien Lewis, no longer in the picture, this season sees CIA agent Carrie Mathison go it alone as she's assigned to a dangerous station in the Middle East.
