WATCH: New The Walk trailer
The feature will showcase the talented Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Charlotte LeBon.
The film that is scheduled to be released in October, The Walk, has recently revealed a new four minute-long trailer.
The movie will star Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Charlotte Le Bon, Ben Kingsley, James Badge Dale, Ben Schwartz and Steve Valentine.
The film is based on the true story of the French high wire artist, Philippe Petit, who walked on a tightrope between the World Trade Centre Towers in New York City back in 1974.
The adrenaline junkie from France is played by Gordon-Levitt and his love interest, Annie, is played by Le Bon.
In the new trailer, many of Gordon-Levitt’s peers and supporters have doubts about his endeavours, and consistently remind him of the dangers of the proposed stunt.
Despite the considerable amount of doubts, Gordon-Levitt’s character chooses to perform on the tightrope anyways.
The trailer allows for a gripping ending, as we begin to see Gordon-Levitt start to stumble on the rope.
Only time will tell whether he lives or whether he dies.
