Watch: Chris Martin duets with crowd surfer at Croke Park
Concertgoer Rob, a trainer who uses a wheelchair for mobility, became part of the show at Coldplay's Croke Park gig.
Even a massive venue such as Croke Park couldn't stop Coldplay frontman Chris Martin from getting up close and personal with his fans. For one particular fan, a 29-year-old personal trainer named Rob, the gig became a once-in-a-lifetime experience as he got the opportunity to sing with Chris himself. As Chris noticed a crowd surfer hovering near the stage, he invited him up for a duet. For his part, Rob seemed as though he was almost expecting the opportunity, as he even brought a harmonica to the gig- you know, just in case.
The two of them even got creative, making up a whole song about Rob and his life, a Coldplay and Rob original with the lyrics: Here we are in Dublin, me and my friend Rob.
He is 29 years old and training is his job....
