Wake

It’s unclear whether ‘Wake’, the latest track from Leeside groove-layer Eoghan Reid is a taster of his debut album, due out later this year, or merely a jittery electronic morsel to keep us interested while he polishes his long-awaited long-player. Either way, this throbbing, ghostly dance number, featuring expectedly foggy production and some very mysterious vocals, distorted almost beyond recognition, is a terrific late-night listen.
