Van Morrison announces 80th birthday gig in Belfast
Tickets go on sale Friday, April 11 at 10.00am.
Van Morrison has announced a concert at Belfast's Waterfront Hall on August 31 in celebration of his 80th birthday.
The show will also feature performances from his daughter, Shana, alongside as yet unannounced specials guests.
The musician previously announced two other birthday gigs in Belfast's Europa hotel on June 23 and 24.

Morrison's next album, Remembering Now, is set for release ahead of the birthday concerts, launching on June 13. Its first single, 'Down To Joy', was unveiled in February.
The legendary musician debuted in June 1967 with his single 'Brown Eyed Girl', followed closely in September by his first album, Blowin' Your Mind!. 45 albums and nearly 70 years later, he is considered one of the most successful musicians in Belfast's history.
He was awarded the Freedom of the City by Belfast City Council in 2013 and earlier this year was named the first Artist in Residence at Queen's University Belfast.
