BRYAN ADAMS KICKS off a brief European tour with an August 23rd show at Prehen Playing Fields, Derry.
Speaking at the press launch, promoter Eamonn McCann enthused that, “It’s been an ambition of mine to bring a really big concert to Derry, and at last, it’s a reality. This is a spectacular site right on the banks of the river, overlooking the city.”
Those sentiments were echoed by Mayor Mildred Garfield who described the gig as, “A great boost to the city and the region. This is an excellent opportunity to present Derry as a location for large scale concerts and events.”
